I didn't post at all yesterday (Tuesday). I had a horrible migraine the night before and was up all night. Tuesday I wasn't good for anything and started getting another migraine so I slept a lot. I did manage to make dinner. I threw in a pork roast into the crockpot and dumped a bottle of BBQ sauce into it, I served it on hamburger buns. I have to say it was the best BBQ we have ever eaten! I used a bottle of BBQ sauce that is sold at a local grocery store that has a section of dollar items. I think the name of the brand is Den's. I use that brand for my marinating sauce, it is only a dollar (the BBQ sauce was also a dollar) and by far better then the other pricey brands that are sold in the store.
Dinner tonight will be roast with potatoes and carrots cooked in it. I added two cans of Golden Mushroom soup to it for the gravy because I am still feeling wiped out and drained from the migraines and didn't feel I could stand up and make gravy. I'll open a can of peas and a can of biscuits and that will be dinner tonight.

I remember my son woke up one night last spring just screaming "mom make it go away", I was so scared I took him to the emergency room, he started vomiting and boy it was scary, and they said it was a migraine. It never happened again just that one time. I hope you get to feeling better, After seeing my son like that I can only imagine how you must be feeling. Your dinners sound yummy. Get some rest:)
Thank you Gail. I almost woke Keith the night I didn't get any sleep so he could either drive me to the ER or call an ambulance, it was that bad.
My "aunts" visiting here too. Is'nt she great:{. I just woke up from a nap, took a shower and put my pj's on. I hope you feel better.
Oh it's easy. I boil wide egg noodeles until they are al dente, then drain and add 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of chicken, and I use Swanson chicken breast in the can ( you can use any chicken, i just cheat) a half soup can of milk, 2tbsp flour, chopped onion, salt and pepper and I like garlic powder and a little bit of cheese. Mix it all then pour into 9x13 dish, spread cheddar cheese on top, crush ritz crackers on top and I like pimentos on top also then bake ai 400 for 25 minutes or so. I made this redipe up but I think it's good, it's similar to my tuna casserole. I hope you like it.
