After we got back from Sam's I cooked dinner. I made breakfast foods. Scrambled eggs, bacon and Bisquick biscuits. I baked the bacon in the oven, I've found that is the easiest way to cook a lot of bacon. I put it on my Pampered Chef large Bar pan (if you don't have one of those you can use a cookie sheet with the sides on it), in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes or until done.

Yum, breakfast foods are great for dinner. I have never heard of cooking Bacon in the oven, that is interesting. I learn so much from you, when it comes to cooking.
I bet your excited about the new flooring. I would be. :)
OHH, I hope you post lots of pictures of the finished floor--How fun!
P.S. I think I am the only one that likes the green bean casserole too--but what is Thanksgiving with out it. I think in honor of your Daddy you should open a can of jellied crannberries for him on Thanksgiving :)

I cant wait to see your floor:) I love breakfast for dinner, i think Friday we will have that. I was invited to a pampered chef party but dont know if I will go because money is tight right now.
My cat puked on my notepad that had your quiche recipe in it. She puked on that page, now I have to go back and find it again:)
Why are animals such a pain in the butt when you try to change the bed sheets? :)
