I cant decide what to make for dinner. I have plenty of boneless chicken breast in the freezer so I guess I'll make something with chicken. I might even pull out my bread machine and make some homemade bread.
Last night I sliced up some banana's and melted some chocolate and them dipped the banana's into the chocolate, I sprinkled some with multi colored sprinkles, I laid them out on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet and popped them into the freezer for about an hour. Then I took them out and put them into a freezer bag and put them back into the freezer. I figured they would make for a nice treat for the grandchildren. I cant wait to see their faces when I pull them out of the freezer, they are going to love them. I forgot to take pics while I was making them, I'll try to snap some pics of them while they are eating them.
Update: By the time the little ones left I was to tired to stand up and cook a big meal. I ended making my go to meal, scrambled eggs, bacon and toast.

Hey Shirla, you know that pork adobo recipe?I was thinking that chicken would work really well if you didn't have pork :o) Good luck with the grandkids today,I hope it stops raining soon :o)
Yes I have that recipe in my Gmail files. I decide dinner will be YOYO tonight the chicken can wait for another night, since I never made it into the garage to take it out of the freezer to thaw. I am wiped out and there is no way I am standing up cooking tonight. :(
Glad to hear you are getting some rain. We've had lots of rain here, I've discovered it's a pretty rainy place to live. I love the rain though.
Your freezer bananas sound so yummy! I made whole chocolate covered bananas once, a long time ago. I like your idea of cutting them up even better.
Your breakfast for dinner sounds good too. No wonder you were to exhausted to cook a big meal with 4 kiddies running around all day.
I never thought to use white chocolate for the banana's, that sounds good. I used to make them for my kids when they were little, but I never thought to cut them into bite size pieces. I read about cutting them like that on another blog. I like it better then the whole banana, less messy for the kids.
