Saturday And Alyssa

My granddaughter Alyssa is going to be staying a few hours with me this afternoon. Her Mama (April) and Daddy (Curtis) are going with Matt fishing at the swamp. I'm so excited, I don't get to see Alyssa to often, it is always a treat to spend time with her.

My Saturday has been a some what lazy one. I did manage to get my bathroom cleaned. I even cleaned out the medicine cabinet in there. I threw away a lot of stuff that had gone out of date.


Dinner tonight will be YOYO (your on your own). Everyone has been snacking on and off all day and no one is hungry for a big dinner. I have been craving egg salad so I'm going to boil some eggs and then mix up some egg salad. My egg salad is very simple. Boiled eggs, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Someone told me that the Penzey spice Fox Point is great in egg salad so I might put some of that into it and see for myself. I love it in scrambled eggs.
